訂單經由順豐速遞寄出,郵寄費用可見下圖,其他附加費用由買家支付。

-已齊貨的現貨訂單平均會在確定完成付款的5個工作日內寄出,如訂單確定時間於星期六、日,公眾假期或下午3 時後,則於下一個工作天內開始計算。
-未齊貨的訂單, 會等候需訂購的貨品到港後才安排一起寄出。

-預購系列(Pre-order)於付款後7-14個工作天(不計星期六日)安排寄出。如訂單確定時間於星期六、日,公眾假期或下午3 時後,則於下一個工作天內開始計算。

*註(一):以順豐速運公司速遞服務可於收到發貨單後2至4天送達。其送件時間或因突發事故而延遲數小時或至翌日,客人如未能在指定時段收到貨品,可直接聯絡本店。不便之處,敬請原諒。

*註(二):7-11/OK便利店同順豐是合作形式,並不是附屬公司,所以便利店有權對順豐包裹作出數量限制-假設7-11/OK便利店可存放十件順豐包裹 ,而十份都未取,(即滿quota),你的包裹則須要等有空位才可放入便利店等你收。 屆時有機會由順豐員工致電 閣下,查詢是否想轉去順豐站取件,敬請留意。

貨物追蹤/更改地址

     • 貨物寄出後,可以於「我的帳戶>我的訂單」中檢視運單號碼。如有需要,請自行聯絡順豐速運以追蹤貨件。

     • 貨物寄出後,如有需要更改地址,請自行聯絡順豐速運另作安排。衍生的額外費用必須自付。

     • 如顧客因個人理由未能收件,請自行與順豐速運聯絡安排。如貨件屢次派送失敗,你的訂單可能會被取消,本公司或不作退款。

 

順豐速運配送上門收派服務特別安排

DELIVERY

We provide delivery service to Hong King address only, please contact your local agent for other regions. 

We offer delivery service via SF Express courier service, delivery fee is shown in the following chart, any other additional fee charges on receivers. 

The goods in stock will be dispatched in 5 working days upon receiving full payment ,  if the order is confirmed on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or after 3 pm cut off time, it will proceed on the next working day. 

For orders with unavailable items, the order will be shipped when all items back in stock. 

Pre- order items will be dispatched in 7-14 working days( excluding Saturday and Sunday) upon receiving full payment.  If the order is confirmed on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or after 3 pm cut off time, it will proceed on the next working day.

* PS(1): Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped via SF Express and they will be delivered in 2-4 days upon receiving delivery note.  This might vary due to any ad-hoc issues. 

* P.s. (2):  7-11/ Circle K are collaboration partners, instead of SF Express subsidiary companies, enhance convenience stores reserve the right to restrict the parcel quantity.  Let’s say the store can only accommodate 10 pieces of parcels, and all 10 pieces are occupied at the store( which means quota full), your parcel may need to queue up to the store.  If it is the case, SF Express staff might contact you if you would like to change another pick up location, please kindly take note of it.

Shipment tracking/ change of shipping address

     • Once the order is shipped out, the Waybill number can be obtained in ‘My Account>My Orders’. Please contact SF Express to track your shipment

     • Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with SF Express by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.

     • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.

 

SF Express Delivery service special arrangement

     • In response to COVID-19, the following 7 areas (including Choi Hung, Choi Wan, Diamond Hill, Wong Tai Sin, Lok Fu, San Po Kong , and Tsz Wan Shan) have temporarily suspended from providing home delivery services. Also, delivery services in residential areas may be delayed. The delivery time will be longer until further notice. Customers can consider receiving parcels at any SF Express service station, or choosing standard delivery services to commercial/industrial areas. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
